“Overall a very great course that was easy to navigate. It was such a great starter course for me that I’ve been interested in taking more online courses. I appreciate there were no midterms/finals. You’re constantly applying what you’ve learned each week, building upon your cumulative knowledge.”

“The various types of calculations involved in the estimating homework we did in this course were the most beneficial for me.. It allows me the ability to confirm with confidence the subcontractors quotes on bid day rather than just compare the numbers to confirm the price is accurate.”

“This course and the entire Construction Management Program can be another feather in your cap in a competitive work environment. This course will help me make better decisions and better understand the implications of the contract language when it comes to contracting.”
